  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Reason: A valid reason for the exchange must be provided.

  • Exchange Processing: Exchanges will be processed within 10-15 working days upon receiving the returned product.

Return/Exchange Procedure

  3. Authorization: Our team will provide a return/exchange authorization number and guide you through the process.

Exceptions

  • Damage/Alteration: Products that are damaged or altered by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Final Sale: Items sold as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.
